Rates & Online Availability Check

For the current rates please check our HomeAway listing were you can book online or contact us direct to avoid their fee. The base rate is per night for One person or a Couple sharing same bed and there are adjustments for weekends and holiday periods
(if booking for two people using both rooms please book for 3 people)
(note that bedding configuration is two rooms each with a queen bed suiting either two singles, a single and a couple or two couples)

Rates include linen and towels on self catering basis i.e. for long term use you will need to wash your own towels and sheets with the provided washing machine and powder.

There is a discount to the daily rate on all bookings of 7 days or over.

A security deposit/bond will be added to booking and will be refunded within 48 hours of vacating if there have been no damages, loss of items such as remote controls or extra cleaning is required due to smoking in house or excessive levels of mess or dirty condition.

As mentioned above you can either use HomeAway to check availability or make a booking or if you prefer you can email or call with your requested days and we can invoice you via PayPal where you can pay by credit card (2.75% charge applies) or by bank deposit (we do not collect any credit card information).
